Illusion is very much a family business based on the best of family values. Lesley heads up the team setting very high standards based on her own City and Guilds qualifications in both Floristry and Management.
She is given enthusiastic support by her mother, herself experienced in retail Floristry, and her father who looks after the personal Delivery Service.
In addition to other part-time staff, business expansion has allowed Lesley to take on a trainee who she is confident will reach her own high levels of expertise.
